After quite a hiatus from painting I have picked up the brushes and I cannot bare to put them down.
These past few weeks have been liberating to say the least. I set no boundries on these works and started with no plan at all. Just let intuition take the lead and pave the path to these gooey textured oil paintings.
My studio is quite the work around with so many moving parts. But that allows for the creative flow of these works to be that of a dance. Moving from one work to the next never stoping to second guess or over think.
“May the petals teach me the art of letting go.”
Letting go of the idea of perfection and leaning into the whimsical intuition that is inside me.
I am currently unsure of where these paintings will land but as for now I’ll be keeping their company.

The Beautiful Georgia Weather is upon us, markets are happening all over the city and it’s time to shop small!
My march and April markets were off the charts and I cannot wait to see what May has to Hold!
